Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Refunds and/or exchanges may be provided for items that are damaged upon arrival (damaged during transit). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange please note the following:
1. Your item must be unworn/unused, in the original packaging, with tags (if applicable) and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Get in touch via email to studio@indigico.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate the return process.
3. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and clear photographs if the item is damaged.
If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 5400, South Tamworth NSW 2340.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Change of mind: We do not offer returns if you simply change your mind.
Jewellery: For hygiene purposes, Indigico Creative Studio does not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings and jewellery. If your earrings are damaged upon receipt, please follow the instructions set out above.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged by you or broken after regular use. However, if you do damage your products, please get in touch and i can advise you regarding repairing your items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
