Australia-wide Shipping

Indigico Creative Studio offers shipping across Australia using Australia Post services. 

The following are the current estimated shipping speeds with Australia post:

  • Parcel Post: 
    • Same state: 2-4 business days
    • Interstate: 3-6 business days
  • Express Post parcels and letters:
    • Same state: 1-2+ business days
    • Interstate: 1-3+ business days
  • Regular letters:
    • Same state: 3-5 business days
    • Interstate: 4-7 business days
  • Priority letters:
    • Same state: Up to 3 business days
    • Interstate: Up to 4 business days

While Australia Post endeavours to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in the delivery network at the relevant time. All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting.

If you need an item for a special occasion it is your responsibility to ensure you have allowed enough time for production (if applicable) AND shipping. Current production times are noted on shop pages and in product listings and may differ during busier times of the year.

Indigico Creative Studio will not be held responsible for products not arriving on time.

We do not take responsibility for any incorrect address details provided. If your order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. We recommend that customers provide a secure delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. If you fear that your order may have gone missing in transit, please contact us ASAP.

Local Delivery and Warehouse Pick Up

Indigico Creative Studio is based in Tamworth NSW on Gamilaroi Country. Customers are able to arrange pick up from the warehouse after placing an order. A suitable time for all will be discussed via email and/or text.

We also offer local delivery to Tamworth and surrounding suburbs within 10km of Tamworth CBD for a small fee. Select this option at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only, however products can be shipped internationally upon request via the Contact Us page.
